ASP expects:

• Students of Social Work, Psychology, Economics (after bachelor)
• At least 6 months duration
• Interested in Dalit rights, aims, culture
• Evolved people
• Open minded to the work of ASP
• Flexibility and the interest to work in own projects
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• Ability to work with Computers (word, excel, internet)
